The Coachella Music And Arts Festival starts today…it’s one of the music events of the year. 100,000 music fans. Two week-ends, dozens of artists–many of them featured in Boomer Music Update over the past year: Head And The Heart, Future, Bishop, Briggs and Bastille.
Festival headliners include Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar, Lorde and tomorrow Lady Gaga who is currently is riding high with her top five Adult Top 40 hit “Million Reasons,” a scorching, belting lament about a “million reasons go, but one good reason to stay.”
“Million Reasons” is Boomer friendly, meaning it’s a song that grown-ups can relate to, and the words are easy to understand.
Boomers may get a chuckle out of the name of one act at Coachella that only those of a certain age will recognize–a duo who call themselves Sofi Tucker!
