The Doobie Brothers are celebrating their 50th anniversary with a Las Vegas residency, beginning in Feb., and then going on tour in June.
Of special interest to fans is that Michael McDonald, who hasn’t toured with the group for almost 25 years, will be performing.
The group includes two original members, Tom Johnston and Patrick Simmons. Singer/songwriter, guitarist and all around musician John McFee joined 40-years ago this year.
Tickets for the tour go on sale today.
Hey boomermusicupdate.com
Ever since “Ok Boomer” became a saying on social media, gmail has been warning me before opening your emails & website link!! I’ve been a subscriber for a few years, this warning only started in the last few months. What the heck, don’t they know I’m proud to be a Baby Boomer! You might want to inform them that you are a “safe space”. 😉
Hi Kathi,
Thank you so much for the “heads up” re: the gmail warning, and thank you for subscribing. You and I are in synch: “Boomers Rule!”
