The soundtrack to Netflix’s new action flick, “The Ice Road,” is packed with Country music, some new, some classic:

Starring Liam Neeson and Laurence Fishburne, the background songs include relatively current hits–  “Hurricane” by Luke Combs, a  Brantley Gilbert /Tyler Hubbard collaboration, and a Tim McGraw version of the Cars 1984 hit  “Drive,” plus covers of traditionals: Carly Pearce does Kathy Mattea’s “Eighteen Wheels And A Dozen Roses,” The Cadillac Three re-do Dave Dudley’s “Six Days On The Road,” and, (our favorite), Miranda Lambert gets loose on Hank Snow’s 1950  “I’m Moving On” which spent 21 weeks at number one in 1950, and still packs a punch.
