In the music world, 1964 starred the Beatles, and although they disbanded a mere 6-years later (1970), just a blip on the pop culture time-line, their impact, influence, legacy and fan base is current, on-going and growing, aided in part by the supernaturally talented and energetic Paul McCartney, who is releasing, just today, “McCartney III,” rewarding fans who have been waiting since 1980 when “McCartney II” came out, and, in it, the hit “Coming Up.”

The new album has been described as reminiscent of that long-ago first solo effort, which included the classic “Maybe I’m Amazed.”

Here’s the trailer for “McCartney III” and a peek at one of the highlighted tracks.
